Are the panels quality-checked before shipping?
Yes. Every Decora panel is carefully inspected by our team before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards in finish, quality, and structure.
What if a panel arrives damaged or broken?
In rare cases of transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Is there a warranty on the panels?
Yes, all of our acoustic wall panels come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers issues caused by material or manufacturing defects. If the defect is proven to be our responsibility, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
